The problem
Whenever identifiable assets leave, transfer, and return, teams need defensible proof of what was expected, what appeared, and what remains unresolved. Manual counts and disconnected records make missing, duplicate, damaged, and unexpected items difficult to explain.
The build
An installable mobile validation workflow for starting batches, return or transfer reconciliation, linked groups, duplicate handling, repair and exception states, customer-facing proof, backup, and Bluetooth scanner support. It was built first for garments, but the operating loop can support tools, rentals, reusable containers, linen, and other barcoded assets.
