Routebook

A shared route knowledge system designed around the rhythm of real service work.

Route serviceOfflineOperations

The problem

What needed to change.

Generic maps do not carry the operational knowledge a service route depends on: stop sequence, access windows, notes, completion state, and the practical reality of the day.

The build

What EndPoint made.

A mobile-first routebook with completion tracking, driver notes, service windows, search, stop reordering, map handoff, and offline backup—so route knowledge stays with the team instead of living in one driver’s head.

Current proof

Built far enough
to learn from.

  1. 01Multi-stop service-day structure
  2. 02Configurable route setup
  3. 03Offline-first experience
  4. 04Mobile completion and progress flow

Known boundary

What is not yet proven.

Route coverage is limited and the prototype is not connected to a live dispatch or service-record system.

The next endpoint

Expand live route coverage and connect the route layer to verified service events.
