Trigger Trade

A manual, rule-driven market trigger research assistant.

Rules engineMarket researchRisk discipline

The problem

What needed to change.

Fast markets encourage chasing, overspending, and acting on stale prices. The experiment asks whether strict triggers and explicit rejection rules can improve discipline.

The build

What EndPoint made.

A safety-constrained assistant with live-quote validation, budget and spread checks, chase rejection, one-trade lock, and journaling. It does not execute trades automatically.

Current proof

Built far enough
to learn from.

  1. 01Working trigger validation flow
  2. 02Budget and spread guardrails
  3. 03One-trade discipline lock
  4. 04Structured outcome journal

Known boundary

What is not yet proven.

This experiment does not execute trades and has not demonstrated a reliable market edge.

The next endpoint

Validate the research workflow with reliable Canadian-accessible market data.
