The problem
Organizations lose visibility when identifiable assets move between people, vehicles, facilities, field locations, service points, and return channels. The result is replacement cost, disputed responsibility, wasted labour, incomplete kits, and reduced operational readiness.
The build
A modular operational evidence layer designed to combine barcode, QR, and UHF RFID events with time, custodian, vehicle, and location context. Trace is intended to show where an asset was last verified, who accepted custody, and whether the required set is complete—without making frontline work heavier.
