EndPoint Trace

Passive chain-of-custody intelligence for industrial garment operations.

RFIDIndustrial AIChain of custody

The problem

What needed to change.

Industrial garment providers lose visibility as garments move between customers, trucks, docks, processing, sorting, and delivery. The result is replacement cost, disputed service, wasted labour, and frustrated customers.

The build

What EndPoint made.

A passive operational evidence layer combining UHF RFID checkpoints, time, truck identity, and location context. The goal is to show where a garment was last verified without adding another manual task for the driver.

Current proof

Built far enough
to learn from.

  1. 01Founder field-case library documenting recurring failure modes
  2. 02Truck-first MVP architecture defined
  3. 03Working tracking-service skeleton
  4. 04Pilot hardware and cost model developed

Known boundary

What is not yet proven.

The controlled truck-level RFID pilot has not yet been deployed or validated at operating scale.

The next endpoint

Build and validate the controlled truck-level RFID pilot.
